With the doors to White+Wong’s being open at last, we thought it would be rude not to have an official opening party to celebrate the hours of hard work that had gone into our venue. Guests were greeted with Champagne upon arrival and encouraged to take a tour of the various rooms and stunning surroundings. An abundance of mixing and mingling saw roughly 350 people show up with cocktails from Sardine and drinks from the White+Wong’s wine list flowing freely. An abundance of our favourite signature dishes were on offer. From spiced tofu curry to yellowfin tuna, wok fried chicken wings to Shumai dumplings and topping it off with salted caramel and peanut ice-cream, people we’re more than impressed with the food. An all-round successful night, we hope to hear people spreading the word and coming back for more!
