Fashion Fiesta is an inclusive event at White + Wong’s, Newmarket, bringing together some great New Zealand designers — Augustine, Tuesday Label, Storm & Hailwood — alongside amazing music and MCs Nixen, Rainz, Miss B & MC Tali.
Fashion Fiesta by MYKEN is a bold new New Zealand fashion event that brings together the best of fashion, music, beauty, hospitality and celebration.
Inspired by two decades of passion, relationships and iconic moments in the New Zealand fashion event scene, Fashion Fiesta is a social and inclusive experience presented by a female-focused crew.
Set against the stunning backdrop of White + Wong’s – Newmarket, guests can expect an afternoon filled with fashion, networking, incredible food, bubbles, music, dancing, beauty moments, epic goodie bags and a vibrant crowd. This is not a formal sit-down event. Come dressed up, mingle, discover new designers, connect with others and celebrate.

Make a day of it at Fashion Fiesta and start with lunch or finish with dinner at White + Wong’s Newmarket.
Conveniently located in Newmarket, guests can arrive easily via the front entrance and elevator, or park in the Newmarket parking building and come straight up to the rooftop. Once you’re there, settle in for fantastic views, an epic modern Asian menu and the vibrant Sardine Bar.
It’s the perfect spot to meet friends for lunch before Fashion Fiesta, or keep the fun going with dinner and drinks afterwards.
Come for the fashion, stay for the food, views and cocktails. Fashion Fiesta is your excuse to make a whole day of it in Newmarket.
The Fashion Show
The Fashion Fiesta runway will feature four leading New Zealand designers, plus a men’s fashion brand soon to be revealed.
Designers include:
- Tuesday Label
- Augustine
- Hailwood
- Storm
- Men’s clothing brand
The show is designed so everyone has the perfect view. The simple, stylish layout includes:
- 60 seated guests on each side of the runway
- Standing areas behind the seating on each side
- A straight catwalk through the centre
Music & Entertainment
Fashion Fiesta brings together an incredible line-up of female talent.
MC Tali will host the show, weaving her own energy and creativity throughout the runway experience. Known for her work as a drum’n’bass MC, Tali will introduce each designer and bring an extra layer of excitement and connection to the event.
Entertainment schedule:
- DJ Ranz & Nixen will set the mood before the show.
- Miss B will be our Fashion Show Selector and take the event through to the end.
The after-party is optional, with the option to stay on at Sardine.
Food, Drinks & Prize Draw
Each guest receives a complimentary glass of Mumm Champagne on arrival, as well as a non-alcoholic option.

Guests who spend $50 or more on food and drinks will go into the draw to win a curated gift package valued at $1,000+.
